At ANEEDRA, we strive to make your return process easy and stress-free. To initiate a return, please use our dedicated returns portal. Only items registered through this portal will be accepted.


πŸ›οΈ Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition β€” unused, unwashed, and free from odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags and protective packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale or discounted items marked as such are not eligible for return.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.


πŸ’³ Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label.
    (The fee is waived for store credit and exchanges.)

  • As a small, independent brand, refunds are processed manually by our returns team.
    Please allow up to 14 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

  • Returns on orders made with installment payment services (e.g., Afterpay) are still subject to their original terms.

  • We offer standard and instant exchanges.

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Items that have been exchanged can only be returned once, and only for store credit.

  • International customers may return items for store credit and repurchase the desired product.


🌍 International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available outside the U.S.

  • International customers must return items to our designated return address and will receive store credit upon approval.


⚠️ Defective Items & Order Issues

  • Report any defects or order issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us immediately and include photo or video evidence for faster resolution.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

  3. Include the return form and drop off the package with the designated carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7–10 business days.
